It transmits vibrations to soft materials such as fabrics and non-woven fabrics, enhancing the cleaning effect! Maintenance is also easy.
The "FV Cleaning Device" generates powerful vibrations in water to clean and process workpieces. The method of generating vibrations involves the rotation of a flower-shaped rotor, which pushes out or sucks in cleaning water through the uneven surface of the rotor, creating waves. These dynamic waves provide intense vibrations and penetration to the fabric running over the punching roll, facilitating the cleaning process. 【Features】 ■ The cleaning effect is 2 to 3 times more effective compared to conventional washing machines. ■ The kneading effect of the vibrations improves the texture. ■ It saves cleaning water. ■ Due to its simple structure, there is very little fluff entanglement. ■ Maintenance is easy as it does not use underwater bearings. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Company information
【Vulcanization Machine】 Designed for clean vulcanization at high temperatures, conventional machines could only handle up to 250°C. However, by incorporating stainless steel internally and utilizing unique know-how, we have achieved Japan's first high-temperature capability, enabling operation at approximately 400°C. 【FV Cleaning Machine】 Generates powerful vibrations in water to clean and process workpieces. The common method for generating vibrations is through ultrasound. However, while ultrasound has a high frequency, its amplitude is small, resulting in weak power. It is effective for hard materials like metal, but for soft workpieces such as fabrics or non-woven materials, the amplitude is absorbed, rendering it ineffective. In this regard, the vibration frequency of the FV washing machine is lower than that of ultrasound, but its amplitude is larger, effectively transmitting vibrations to soft materials like fabrics and non-woven materials.
