A cleaning device that removes dirt and clogging from conveyor belts. It allows for cleaning during production with inline integration!
Conveyor systems are used in various industrial sectors. For example, in the food industry, various processes are carried out using conveyor systems, but a significant issue that arises is the dirt on the conveyor belts. Workers face considerable challenges in removing this dirt. The conveyor belt cleaning device "FV Washer" is a cleaning system designed to remove dirt and clogging from conveyor belts, and by integrating it into the production line, it allows for cleaning even during production.

basic information
Powerful vibrations are generated in water to clean and process the workpiece. The common method for generating vibrations is by using ultrasound. However, because ultrasound has a high frequency, its amplitude is small. In other words, due to its weak power, vibrations can be transmitted to hard materials like metal, but for soft workpieces such as fabrics and non-woven materials, the amplitude is absorbed by the workpiece, and the vibrations do not transmit effectively. In this regard, the vibration frequency of the "FV Washer" is lower than that of ultrasound, but its larger amplitude effectively vibrates the workpiece.

【Vulcanization Machine】 Designed for clean vulcanization at high temperatures, conventional machines could only handle up to 250°C. However, by incorporating stainless steel internally and utilizing unique know-how, we have achieved Japan's first high-temperature capability, enabling operation at approximately 400°C. 【FV Cleaning Machine】 Generates powerful vibrations in water to clean and process workpieces.
