The stationary type mixers "Nano Blender" and "Micro Blender" (Patent No. 5431573) can generate ultra-fine bubbles. Microbubbles with an average size of 20 microns at 40,000 pieces/ml and ultrafine bubbles at 0.08 microns with 800 million pieces/ml have been proven to be important physical properties for producing functional water. The surface tension is also reduced, enhancing permeability. The processing flow rate is 1L/min to 30L/min (performance of one nozzle). If a flow rate of over 30L/min is required, multiple nozzles can be arranged in parallel to achieve a high flow rate.

  Generate nanobubbles using oxygen gas as a raw material. High-concentration dissolved oxygen water can be produced instantly and remains in the water for a long time, making it widely used in microbial purification systems for land-based aquaculture. It is also effective for promoting fish growth and disease prevention. There are proven results in both completely closed aquaculture systems and flow-through aquaculture systems.

  Microbubbles with an average particle size of 20μ and a cumulative concentration of 40,000 particles/ml have a significant floating separation effect, adsorbing contaminants and slowly rising to the water surface. The separated contaminants are removed by overflowing while circulating the water, thereby purifying it.

  Basic model of a gas-liquid mixing device that generates functional water. It has casters for easy mobility. It can store a pump and a carbon dioxide gas cylinder. Ideal for foot bath corners, beauty salons, and head spas.
