The stationary type mixers "Nano Blender" and "Micro Blender" (Patent No. 5431573) can generate ultra-fine bubbles. Microbubbles with an average size of 20 microns at 40,000 pieces/ml and ultrafine bubbles at 0.08 microns with 800 million pieces/ml have been proven to be important physical properties for producing functional water. The surface tension is also reduced, enhancing permeability. The processing flow rate is 1L/min to 30L/min (performance of one nozzle). If a flow rate of over 30L/min is required, multiple nozzles can be arranged in parallel to achieve a high flow rate.
