Microbubble generation device "YJ" fine bubble device for coolant grinding
Coolant grinding and cutting fine bubble generation device! Coolant "YJ nozzle"
Improvement of grinding and cutting efficiency with fine bubbles. The coolant grinding wheel lifespan is extended by over 15%! Confirmed energy-saving effects and time reduction of the grinding machine with fine bubbles.
Improving coolant grinding and cutting with a fine bubble generation device! Experiment with the coolant "YJ Nozzle" micro fine bubble generation device. 【Experiment Objective】 Improvement of coolant using a fine bubble generation device. Confirming the efficiency improvement effect before and after using coolant grinding fluid containing fine bubbles in in-house grinding tests. 【Experiment Results】 Improvement of coolant with the fine bubble generation device. <When a ceramic plate was ground flat with a #325 diamond grinding wheel at a depth of cut of 20µm per pass, the following results were obtained.> 1. In the comparison of grinding resistance current, the presence of fine bubbles resulted in a lower resistance value. A reduction of about 5% in peak current was confirmed, indicating energy-saving effects. 2. In the comparison of coolant grinding wheel wear, the presence of fine bubbles resulted in less wear. The expected extension of coolant life, based on the conversion value of grinding wheel wear, showed an extension result of over 15% with fine bubbles. 3. There was also less burning smell from the grinding wheel, which helps with odor control and indicates an extension of life. *For more details about the fine bubble generation device for coolant "YJ Nozzle," please request materials from Enviro Vision.
