■Dedicated transport case for 4-inch wafers It can safely store and transport fragile wafers, such as ultra-thin wafers. The W-4CC-40 uses a highly transparent resin (body and lid) with excellent visibility. The W-4BB-40 uses a low outgassing conductive resin (body and lid). The low outgassing cushion is non-silicone and does not contaminate the wafers. Wafers are held with minimal contact area at a few points within 2mm of the outer circumference. ■Prevention of damage from impact and vibration!! The elasticity and shape of the cushion mitigate impacts and protect and hold the wafers. The cushion's slight stickiness allows for secure holding without rattling, yet it can be easily removed. ■Easy to handle!! The structure allows for easy setting and removal of wafers using tweezers or similar tools. The lid can be opened and closed easily, facilitating the handling of wafers. Wafers can be set without regard to their front or back. The lid can be removed, allowing the entire body to be set into microscopes or other equipment. It can be stacked, making effective use of workspace.
