Our company fully utilizes its unique plastic processing technology, metal processing technology, and wood processing technology to supply medical cabinets and carts to hospitals nationwide, establishing the number one market share in the country. We have significantly contributed to the labor-saving of logistics within hospitals. Additionally, we have successfully achieved large-scale (600mm x 400mm) molding of MX resin, one of the super engineering plastics, which boasts excellent heat resistance (up to 200°C) and chemical resistance, surpassing the strength of polycarbonate, marking the first success in Japan. The products created through our unique super engineering plastic injection molding technology contribute not only to the medical field but also to many advanced fields such as semiconductors, aerospace, and railway vehicles. Our products, which utilize technology for molding functional resins with diverse features such as conductivity, heat resistance, chemical resistance, electrostatic discharge, adhesion, and low outgassing, as well as our proprietary technology that combines plastics with silicone, resins, and metals (such as stainless steel and aluminum), are used in a wide range of fields including medical and electronics.
