We can mix colors even with a small amount of paint, so we can accommodate small lot products. Melamine and Alkyd Resins: These are the most commonly used paints in general industrial coatings, primarily used for products intended for indoor use. Acrylic Resins: Similar to melamine, acrylic is widely used in general industry. It has good weather resistance and is used for outdoor applications. It tends to be more expensive than melamine paint. Polyurethane Resins: These can provide high performance in weather resistance, water resistance, stain resistance, and chemical resistance. The paint is more expensive than acrylic paint. Epoxy Resins: Known for good adhesion, rust resistance, and chemical resistance, these are often used as a primer. Fluororesins: They have an ultra-weather-resistant durability of about 20 years and also exhibit very good performance in other coating properties. Although the paint is very expensive, in situations where a long service life is required, it can actually become cost-effective. Additionally, there are coatings that can impart functionalities such as heat resistance and antibacterial properties.
