DLC-Hard coating is a standard DLC formed by our unique ionized deposition method, demonstrating an overwhelmingly low friction coefficient compared to other hard thin film coatings, along with high hardness, excellent anti-adhesion, wear resistance, and low aggressiveness. We accommodate coatings of all dimensions, from small diameter pins to large rolls. As the applications of DLC thin films expand, there is a need for the classification of DLC thin film properties by physical characteristics for specific applications. To clarify this classification, we introduce the concept of ICF (Intrinsic Carbon Film), which redefines DLC within a broader framework. ICF refers to carbon films with high functionality, including DLC.
