High repetition rate laser energy pulses can be measured with high precision. Pulse interval measurements are possible at up to 200 kHz. Up to 4 million pulses can be captured and data stored.
● Pulse interval measurement is possible at a maximum of 200 kHz (M6): Real-time measurement of high repetition rate laser pulse energy with 12-bit accuracy. ● Can capture up to 4 million pulses and store 40 seconds of data at 100 kHz. ● Able to track the number of lost pulses and pulses below the energy threshold. ● Wide energy range; pJ to mJ. ● High data transfer speed and fast measurement (USB 2.0). ● Comes with LabView software that has many diagnostic functions. ● Measurement is also possible using an oscilloscope by employing the Analog Module (APM).
