【Features】 ○ By controlling the exhaust gas cooling temperature to below 200°C, the adsorption efficiency of subsequent adsorbents such as activated carbon and quicklime is improved, ensuring effective dust collection with bag filters and others. ○ Instant cooling of exhaust gas suppresses the reformation of dioxins. It can cool from a high temperature range (900°C to 300°C) to a low temperature range (200°C to 150°C) within one second. ○ By adopting a pressurized two-fluid nozzle system, optimal atomization of cooling water is consistently achieved. ○ It easily adapts to fluctuations in the temperature and volume of incinerator exhaust gas, preventing the cooling tower from getting wet and reducing dust adhesion, which simplifies maintenance. ○ The gas system responds to improvements and stability in the performance of conventional dioxin removal devices.
