【Features】 ○ By controlling the exhaust gas cooling temperature to below 200°C, the adsorption efficiency of subsequent adsorbents such as activated carbon and quicklime is increased, ensuring effective dust collection with bag filters and other systems. ○ Instant cooling of exhaust gases suppresses the reformation of dioxins. It can cool from a high temperature range (900°C to 300°C) to a low temperature range (200°C to 150°C) within one second. ○ The adoption of a pressurized two-fluid nozzle system allows for constant optimal atomization of the cooling water. ○ It easily adapts to fluctuations in the temperature and volume of incinerator exhaust gases, and since the cooling tower does not leak and has minimal dust adhesion, maintenance becomes easier. ○ GasTem responds to the performance improvement and stability of conventional dioxin removal systems.
