A coating with high interparticle bonding strength can be obtained! There is less thermal impact on the base material.
We would like to introduce our "Rokaido Thermal Spraying." This method uses an oxygen-acetylene flame as the melting heat source and employs sintered rod-shaped thermal spray materials, with a melting temperature of approximately 3000°C. Only fully melted particles are accelerated and injected using an air jet flow, allowing for high flexibility of the equipment and the advantage of being able to spray onto complex-shaped substrates in pinpoint areas. 【Features】 ■ Only fully melted ceramic particles are injected, resulting in a coating with high inter-particle bonding strength. ■ The melting temperature is lower than that of plasma spraying, resulting in less thermal impact on the substrate. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

NCI introduced the core technology of the ceramic thermal spraying, the Low-Cry process, in Japan for the first time, and for half a century, it has supported rocket development. NCI has consistently pursued the Low-Cry process, leading and evolving ceramic thermal spraying. Thanks to the know-how of the Low-Cry process, it is possible to provide outstanding functions and quality, such as plasma, hybrid, high-speed flame, and surface patterns. NCI's thermal spraying technology is widely utilized in advanced technology fields, offering high-quality solutions unique to NCI.
