The Loop Flow Microbubble Generation Nozzle, application number 2008-034846, was granted a patent on May 15, 2012, and the patent registration process was completed on the 21st, resulting in the acquisition of the patent. We were considering a "divisional application," but concluded that it was unnecessary, and completed the patent registration process on the 21st. It took four years from the application. No one had created a similar microbubble generation nozzle. Neither patent searches nor internet searches revealed any designs that maximized the characteristics of loop flow.
