【Features】 ○ By controlling the exhaust gas cooling temperature to below 200°C, the adsorption efficiency of subsequent adsorbents such as activated carbon and quicklime is increased, ensuring effective dust collection with bag filters and others. ○ Instant cooling of exhaust gases suppresses the reformation of dioxins. It can cool from a high temperature range (900°C to 300°C) to a low temperature range (200°C to 150°C) within one second. ○ By adopting a pressurized two-fluid nozzle system, optimal atomization of cooling water is consistently achieved. ○ It can easily adapt to fluctuations in the temperature and volume of incinerator exhaust gases, and due to the cooling tower's leak-proof design and minimal dust adhesion, maintenance becomes easier. ○ GasTem responds to the performance improvement and stability of conventional dioxin removal systems.
