Micronizing droplets to below 50μm! This nozzle performs effective micronization for cooling and reaction processing of combustion gases, as well as for waste liquid spraying.
The key point in dioxin countermeasures is to instantaneously cool high-temperature exhaust gases to below 200°C. It is required that the nozzle can "allow for the complete evaporation of water droplets in the cooling tower" and "create fine droplets of less than 100 microns." This is only possible with a high gas-to-liquid ratio two-phase nozzle.
