The LOCK-N-STITCH 'LNS' method's special screw, CASTMASTER (C series pin), features a unique screw thread shape known as a "spiral hook," which has a different angle compared to conventional screws. It pulls the crack areas together, creating a permanent fastening. Additionally, the reinforcement LOCK is used to increase strength across the crack, and all LNS Locks function to pull the crack areas together, possessing the capability to prevent crack propagation. The permanent female thread repair material 'Full-Torque' utilizes a patented upward-facing screw thread structure to draw in the surrounding base material, reinforcing it. Furthermore, the force that draws in the surrounding base material through product insertion allows for construction up to the corner edges. Unlike temporary repairs typical of conventional products, it enables permanent repairs, extending the lifespan of equipment. Sizes range from φ6 to φ64, but custom sizes and pitches are available.
