The "SD-N Series," compliant with the APSII type high-speed submerged axial flow pump, addresses issues related to high-speed operation by re-evaluating the load distribution on the impeller and deriving an optimal shape for improvement. As a result of adopting this impeller, the pump can achieve higher speeds, allowing for a smaller diameter to handle the same discharge volume compared to conventional models, thus achieving miniaturization and weight reduction. Additionally, by reducing the number of motor poles, both the starting and rated currents have decreased, leading to expected energy-saving effects. Furthermore, the adoption of a structure that allows the impeller to be pulled out from the casing while still attached to the main shaft (pull-out method) has also improved maintainability.
