The automatic discharge hot milk separator HMRPX407TGP is capable of hot milk separation, standardization, milk clarification, continuous operation, and CIP (Clean-In-Place). It incorporates a program into the plant's CIP system, performing partial discharge during both water washing and acid/alkali processes. All parts in contact with milk, including the inside of the bowl, the outer wall of the bowl, the inside of the frame hood, and the sludge outlet, are completely washed by CIP. **Features** - Separation, standardization, clarification of hot milk, continuous operation, and CIP are possible. - Milk is supplied from pipes. - The milk level is determined by the supply amount and discharge pressure inside the distributor. - The milk is gently accelerated to the same rotational speed as the balls before reaching the disk. → This minimizes the destruction of fat globules and air entrapment. - Sludge accumulated in the sludge space inside the bowl is automatically discharged at regular intervals. - The opening and closing of the bowl is operated by water pressure. - The bowl opens and closes instantaneously, allowing only sludge to be discharged. - The plant's CIP system is programmed to perform partial discharge during both washing and acid/alkali processes. → Areas in contact with milk, including the inside of the bowl, the outer wall of the bowl, the inside of the frame hood, and the sludge outlet, are completely cleaned by CIP. - Low noise level → Approximately 80dB (ISO3744) For more details, please contact us or refer to the catalog.
