This is an olefin-based adhesive that can bond difficult materials such as PP resin without any surface treatment. It is equipped with a hot melt function that allows for immediate progression to secondary processes without waiting for the initial curing of the adhesive, achieving a stronger bond with heat resistance through continued moisture curing after the initial hot melt function. While it has a hot melt function, it can be applied to substrates at a lower melting temperature compared to PP and PO-based hot melts, and it possesses high heat and cold resistance due to curing through cross-linking reactions, making it an extremely reliable adhesive that can keep up with the speed of mass production lines.

The main component of the polyolefin allows for excellent wetting and strong adhesion to difficult-to-bond materials such as PP resin without the need for surface treatment. Additionally, it is equipped with hot melt functionality, enabling initial strength to be achieved immediately after application and bonding, minimizing the clamping time, which is a drawback of traditional adhesives, and allowing for a quick transition to secondary processes. Unlike typical thermoplastic resin-based PP and PO hot melts, this adhesive can be applied to substrates at a low melting temperature and, following the initial cooling and solidification strength, cures through a cross-linking reaction due to moisture, resulting in a thermosetting resin with high heat and cold resistance that does not remelt. It is a reliable reactive hot melt adhesive that possesses functions not found in conventional thermoplastic PP and PO hot melts used for PP bonding, capable of keeping pace with the speed of mass production lines.
