This is a low-temperature application type of reactive hot melt (PUR-HM) that possesses properties required when manufacturing textile materials, such as wash resistance, heat resistance, anti-cold flow properties, non-toxicity certification, and adhesion to difficult materials. It is suitable for high-speed line speeds in processes like gravure roller coating, and is used in high-performance textile materials, including surgical gowns that undergo sterilization using steam, fire-resistant firefighting gear, and sportswear that requires strong adhesion between breathable and water-repellent materials, as well as innerwear that demands adhesive safety against allergies.

This adhesive is designed to withstand very harsh environments after curing, even at low-temperature coating around 80°C, and is suitable for nylon materials that are sensitive to heat and difficult to bond, breathable films, and polyester fiber laminates, as well as applications requiring high hydrolysis resistance and heat resistance to secondary foaming of materials (200°C) after bonding. It is also non-toxic, making it safe for direct contact with skin, such as in undergarments, and safe for infants who may chew or lick it. There is a wide variety of products available, including those that can be applied with roller coating devices at line speeds of up to 50 m/min without stringing.
