This is a PUR reactive hot melt adhesive for bookbinding that has high open performance required in the Japanese market, used at 100℃.
Compared to conventional hot melts, the high heat resistance and high adhesion have expanded the design and market for bookbinding. KLEIBERIT's PUR reactive hot melt for bookbinding is being adopted in the bookbinding industry, featuring types that allow for energy savings through reduced application temperatures while still maintaining wide openability, such as the 100°C usage type that can accommodate short conveyors for three-way cutting, and the ME type, which has an extremely low residual isocyanate monomer to improve the working environment.
