The compressed air heating device, Airline Heater MH2KD type, is compact and features a heating section designed with a spiral passage to enhance heating efficiency. This passage is filled with a porous material, causing the airflow to become turbulent and significantly increasing the heat exchange surface area. Additionally, the cartridge heater, which serves as the heat source, does not come into direct contact with the air being heated. Therefore, the heater has a longer lifespan. The temperature control is managed based on the air heating temperature, preventing any abnormal high temperatures (if the air is stopped for an extended period, the temperature will rise). Temperature control uses a thermocouple for precise temperature management. To enhance safety, when the main body temperature reaches 120°C, the thermostat activates and cuts off the power.
