The BZV-A/BZH-A load cells manufactured by HAEHNE are small, lightweight, and highly reliable tension measurement sensors made from aircraft-grade aluminum and designed in a pillow block style. The measurement range is 0.1-0.5 kN, with a high accuracy of 0.5% (combined error), making them suitable for use as tension detection sensors in various manufacturing processes.

The product's tension detection unit uses a strain gauge type, which is robust and capable of measurement without being affected by vibrations or oscillations, unlike the widely used LVDT (Linear Variable Differential Transformer) type detection circuits. The form is a pillow block type, and it is installed between the frame of the device or machine and the pillow block bearing. BZV-A is used for measuring vertical tension, while BZH-A is used for measuring horizontal tension. Heine Company also offers amplifiers specifically for this load cell, effectively processing the measurement signals.
