It has excellent high corrosion resistance!
The 4949 type surface microphone is optimized for true surface sound pressure measurement, particularly for automotive applications. This microphone is suitable for direct attachment to the surface of vehicles during wind tunnel testing, or for easy measurement in confined spaces such as vehicle dash insulators or undersides. The optional mount pad can be very easily attached to the curved surfaces of automobiles. Despite its small size, the 4949 type is a robust and stable measurement microphone. By making the entire microphone housing and diaphragm-backplate structure from titanium, it offers excellent corrosion resistance. ● For more details, please download the catalog or contact us.
