■Case 1: Creation of a Jig for Software Writing Since the customer did not require rewriting of the circuit board, a connector for software writing was not prepared on the board. However, when a software change became necessary midway, the absence of a software writing connector resulted in an inability to make the software change, leading to the creation of a jig board. We received the original board's Gerber data from the customer and designed and manufactured a jig board that allows for software writing by probing the pads on the board. ■Case 2: Conducting Waveform Observation of Competitor Products to Generate Ideas for New Product Development We received a request to remove components from a product sold by another company in order to conduct waveform observation and to install a board for waveform observation. We removed the BGA from the product, checked the arrangement, and created a board to pull out the signals. Although the installation was quite challenging, we managed it with a 4-layer POP. Our company was founded in 1990 with four members. At the time of our establishment, we had no equipment, and each of us primarily worked on renovation projects and manual assembly with just a soldering iron. As the miniaturization of components progressed and the number of prototype and development projects involving BGA increased, so did the demand for BGA reballing and jumper wiring. Therefore, we introduced BGA rework equipment before implementing basic devices such as reflow ovens. Since then, we have conducted extensive research in technology alongside numerous customers, and we take pride in having established a level of reliability that satisfies our clients, not only for BGA but also for LGA, POP, underfill applications, and 0402 chip mounting. Other features of our company include the establishment of a RoHS-compliant factory, maintaining a constant inventory, and providing mounting support for cut parts (My Data), which differentiates us from other companies in the same industry.
