- A transparent glass heater that heats up while remaining clear is integrated into the upper and lower parts of a small chamber, with a well plate set inside for temperature management. - A small CO2 controller (sold separately) supplies 5% adjusted CO2, creating an environment suitable for cell culture on a desktop. - An autonomous temperature control device stably controls the target temperature (Note 1), measuring and switching the control target between the glass heater temperature and the desired temperature as needed to maintain the target temperature. - The transparent glass heater can be set within a range of room temperature to 60°C. - Cooling is also possible with a Peltier unit. If you want to change the temperature in arbitrary steps, you can incorporate steps for temperature decrease that cannot be achieved with the glass heater alone into the program. - We offer versions tailored to the embedded devices used by our customers. - With a prefixed structure that allows for easy customization, we can provide custom versions based on the basic model at a low cost to suit microscopes or research purposes. Custom upgrades after purchase are also possible. Note 1: The temperature sensor can be attached to the top surface of the well plate or inserted into the culture medium.

Transparent glass heater The transparent glass heater is incorporated above and below the chamber for heating and control. Since the transparent glass heater generates heat while maintaining a uniform temperature distribution across the surface and remains transparent, it allows for observation under a microscope while heating.

Self-regulating temperature control device It precisely and optimally manages the temperatures of the heater and the target. Blast's transparent glass heater has a high heating capacity, so initially, the heater is maintained at the upper limit set temperature. If the temperature of the target (selected from the internal atmosphere, plate surface, culture medium, etc.) reaches the set value with a delay, the control target switches from the heater to the target. If the lid is opened or the ambient temperature changes, the control target is appropriately switched between the heater and the target to maintain optimal temperature control.
