Since we manufacture using metal sheet press bending and welding without using expensive molds, we can accommodate both prototyping and mass production with short lead times. Despite being a welded structure, the fit with the lid is also good, and we conduct helium leak tests on all units, ensuring airtightness. We also manage special process certification and traceability according to your requirements. The weldable plate thickness ranges from approximately 0.1 to 2.0 mm, but we primarily handle welded products in the range of 0.2 to 0.8 mm. Additionally, for welding safety valves, it is possible even with thicknesses below 0.1 mm.
