Our company specializes in welding thin plates and manufactures precision welded metal cases and lids. We have in-house processes for laser, TIG, and spot welding, press forming, riveting, machining, water jet cutting, insulation coating, rolling, and He leak testing, allowing us to produce various metal processed products, starting with battery components. We also handle numerous products in the EV and aerospace fields, which require high quality, and we manage traceability as needed. In September 2015, we obtained JIS Q 9100 (ISO 9001) certification (Shimamoto Factory / manufacturing of special battery components for civil aircraft and aerospace). Additionally, we consistently perform the entire process of dissolving and rolling silver chloride plates in-house until they are processed into sheet form.
