IC for crystal oscillators compatible with three types of differential output formats, achieving low power consumption and low phase noise!
The 506x series (5060/5061/5062 series) is a small crystal oscillator IC that operates at 1.8V, 2.5V, and 3.3V, and supports three types of differential output formats. It accommodates 3rd overtone oscillation from 50MHz to 175MHz and fundamental wave oscillation from 25MHz to 175MHz. By adopting an oscillation circuit suitable for small crystal oscillators and driving the oscillation circuit with a constant voltage, it achieves a low drive level. By using the 506x series, it is possible to realize a small differential output oscillator over a wide frequency range. For more details, please contact our sales department.

Since its establishment in 1975 as a semiconductor manufacturer within the Seiko Group, our company has been creating innovative high-value-added products, primarily focusing on ICs for quartz oscillators and digital products. Our main product, ICs for quartz oscillators, boasts one of the world's leading market shares and is incorporated into various electronic devices, including communications and home appliances, supporting your daily life. In recent years, we have also been focusing on the development of sensor products that detect the movement of objects and the temperature emitted by objects, converting them into electrical signals. Our company has its own factory in Nasushiobara City, Tochigi Prefecture, where we plan, design, and manufacture products in a nature-rich environment adjacent to Nikko National Park. Additionally, we have a sales base at our Tokyo headquarters, enabling us to swiftly incorporate customer requests into product development.
