TRYspring's tension coil springs (also known as tension springs or pull springs) are standardized springs tailored to meet user needs. For each wire diameter, there are 933 types of stainless steel wire (SUS304WPB) ranging from 0.18 to 2.0 mm, and 192 types of piano wire (SWPA) ranging from 1.2 to 2.0 mm, with 81 types available for a counter angle of 90°.

Stainless steel wire (SUS304WPB) is excellent in rust resistance and heat resistance, making it suitable for outdoor and humid environments. However, it has lower strength compared to piano wire and is more expensive. - Wire diameter: 21 sizes from 0.18mm to 2.0mm - Outer diameter: 25 sizes from 2.0mm to 24mm - Free length: 20 sizes from 6.5mm to 180mm Piano wire (SWPA) is similar to iron and rusts easily, so standard products are coated with anti-rust oil on the surface. It has about 10% higher strength than stainless steel wire and is less expensive. - Wire diameter: 5 sizes from 1.2mm to 2.0mm - Outer diameter: 12 sizes from 9mm to 24mm - Free length: 11 sizes from 30mm to 180mm The hook with a 90° opposing angle (cross type) is available in both stainless steel wire and piano wire as follows: - Wire diameter: 4 sizes from 1.4mm to 2.0mm - Outer diameter: 10 sizes from 11mm to 24mm - Free length: 6 sizes from 35mm to 80mm There is a table for each wire diameter, with the outer diameter on the horizontal axis and the free length on the vertical axis, so the intersection of the outer diameter and free length represents one product. *We will send the catalog for free, so please let us know if you would like one.
