When distributing stainless steel containers, various certificates may be required. When exporting abroad, there are non-applicability certificates and U.S. re-export regulations (EAR) to prove that the items are not strategic materials (such as weapons of mass destruction or nuclear fuel). There are also regulations regarding environmentally hazardous substances, such as the RoHS Directive, REACH regulations, and green procurement. Additionally, while Nitto Metal Industry does not handle this, exporting to Europe requires a CE mark, and exporting to China requires CCC certification, among others.
