■Class-leading air discharge volume The new screw tooth design provides top-class air discharge volume. It achieves up to 14% more air discharge volume compared to conventional models. ■Energy-saving mechanism ● ACCS + purge control + automatic start-stop By lowering the unload (purge) start pressure by up to 0.06 MPa, approximately 3% of power is saved. ● ACCS (automatic pressure width adjustment control) The unload start pressure is automatically adjusted up or down according to the air consumption, achieving energy savings. ● Automatic start-stop function When air consumption decreases, if it is possible to predict the stop time during purge operation, the discharge pressure is temporarily increased to extend the stop time for energy savings, while also reducing the motor load during restart. ■Protection mechanism ● Three-stage detection of discharge air temperature Early response is possible by detecting the discharge air temperature in three stages. A) 105°C: Alarm indicated by lamp display B) 108°C: Lower the unload (purge) start pressure to operate and reduce discharge temperature. C) 110°C: Compressor stops.
