Remote monitoring system [Optional] A communication unit is attached to the compressor, allowing operational information to be stored on a remote monitoring server using mobile phone lines. This enables understanding of operational status through daily condition monitoring and identification of issues in the surrounding environment, facilitating optimal operating methods and energy-saving improvements. ■ Check information on a computer or smartphone Various information and conditions of the compressor can be displayed and checked on a computer or smartphone screen at any time. 1. Display of abnormal history Accumulation of abnormalities and alarms displayed as a list. 2. Easy-to-understand status display Compressor information and conditions are displayed simply and clearly. 3. Graph display Daily operational status is displayed in graph form. 4. ■Class-leading air discharge volume The new screw tooth design provides top-class air discharge volume. ● 8% increase over the conventional 15 kW model, 2.6 m³/min ● 14% increase over the conventional 22 kW model, 4.2 m³/min ● 15% increase over the conventional 37 kW model, 7.0 m³/min ■Energy-saving mechanism ● Built-in direct connection structure (22 kW, 37 kW) By adopting a permanent magnet synchronous motor (IPM motor) with the new tooth design screw rotor, we improve basic performance, motor efficiency, and eliminate mechanical losses. ● Capacity control (purge control) operation When the air consumption decreases and the operation at the minimum rotation continues for a certain period, the rotation speed increases, and the discharge pressure rises quickly to transition to purge operation and automatic stop, achieving energy savings. ● Q-Start By predicting the stop time according to the increase or decrease in air consumption and automatically stopping, we achieve energy savings. Additionally, by raising the service air pressure before stopping, we extend the stop time to save energy. When the discharge pressure drops to the control pressure, it starts without waiting (Q-Start), preventing a drop in line pressure.
