◇System Capable of Mass Production We have introduced a multilayer glass manufacturing line in a clean room. With a flexible production system that combines online and offline production, we produce in the shortest possible time. ◇Thorough Quality Control The multilayer glass factory features a clean room constructed with panel structures, which cuts out impurities that may enter the multilayer glass. We offer a 10-year warranty against internal condensation for general pairs, Hi pairs, and Sx pairs. *The eligibility for the 10-year warranty against internal condensation is subject to our company regulations. ◇From Small Sizes and Small Lots Small-sized multilayer glass, which is often avoided due to being off the manufacturing line, can be produced at Sanwise starting from a minimum size of 100mm x 100mm, accommodating small lots as well. We also cater to relatively large sizes with an area of up to 4m² and a weight of up to 120kg (the possible dimensions for both small and large sizes vary depending on the thickness and weight of the glass used). ◇From Standard Products to High-Function Products You can freely choose from standard multilayer glass using general aluminum spacers to those enhanced with thermal insulation using warm edge spacers, as well as multilayer glass using vacuum glass or heated multilayer glass, depending on your budget and application.

【AC Power Controller】 The heating pair from Sanwaise cannot be directly connected to a 100V (or single-phase 200V) primary power supply because the resistance values vary depending on the dimensions of the glass. By using an AC power controller, it is possible to properly adjust the power supply. At Sanwaise, the output of the AC power controller is adjusted during the current inspection of the heating pair to ensure that the surface temperature of the glass is higher than the ambient temperature before shipping. If condensation occurs when the power is turned on, adjustments can also be made to the settings. (Please follow the instruction manual for adjustments, as raising the output too much may cause the glass to heat up and break.) Additionally, depending on the dimensions of the glass, it is also possible to control multiple heating pairs of the same size with a single unit. The primary side power supply can accommodate 100V and single-phase 200V. Please specify whether you require 100V or single-phase 200V when placing your order.

"Double Glazing 'Breast Pair' Option" Typical double glazing has a layer (the hollow layer) between the panes of glass that is completely sealed. During the day, when the temperature rises, the air inside the hollow layer gets heated and expands, causing the glass to warp, which in turn distorts the reflected image. Additionally, the hollow layer of double glazing can also expand or contract due to changes in air pressure. This is the same principle as when a snack bag or a plastic bottle swells up when you go hiking. This change in air pressure is also one of the causes that distort the reflected image.

The conductive film is almost transparent, and the electrodes are not exposed on the glass surface, ensuring a clear view. |
