The material is a white type made from Baiton ETP (FFKM-E), which has excellent chemical resistance and is also resistant to polar solvents, strong acids, and strong alkalis. Additionally, it excels in low particle generation due to the absence of carbon black as a filler and has good plasma resistance. As a lower-cost alternative to Perfluoro (FFKM) material, it is effective for cost reduction.
