Low adhesion and low outgassing fluororubber (FKM) material with O-ring cherry seal.
This material is made of fluororubber (type 2), which reduces phenomena such as stickiness and gas release characteristic of rubber materials, making it ideal for high vacuum applications. Its heat resistance and chemical resistance are comparable to those of general-purpose FKM.
