Its special design allows the spring that pressurizes the seal lip to be completely housed within a Tarkon PTFE case, which means there are no dead spaces for bacteria to enter in food, beverage, and pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment. Additionally, it has no metal leaching, making it suitable for semiconductor manufacturing where even slight impurities can lead to wafer defects. This seal is made from our MF grade material, specifically developed for use in environments with stringent hygiene requirements, and it meets all major regulations. It also possesses excellent wear resistance and outstanding friction characteristics, demonstrating compatibility at high temperatures with all chemicals. As a result, it maintains a long lifespan even in CIP and SIP environments during food production. Furthermore, Tarkon MF is excellent for semiconductor manufacturing applications due to its high purity and low particle generation.
