【Features】 ■ This is a fluororubber extrusion with a hardness of 60°. We offer two hardness options: 60° and 75°. ■ It has excellent heat resistance, generally usable up to 200°C, but its cold resistance is somewhat inferior, only down to -20°C. ■ Its weather resistance (resistance to UV and ozone) is particularly outstanding among various rubber materials. ■ It has excellent oil resistance (to kerosene and lubricants) and chemical resistance, but is affected by strong alkalis and ethers. 【Product Specifications】 ■ Hardness = 60±5° Color = Black ■ We can produce products in various cross-sectional shapes in long lengths according to customer requests. ■ For shapes other than round cords or tubes, an additional "mold fee" will be required only for the first order. ■ The length of the roll varies depending on the cross-sectional shape. ■ As a guideline for extrudable cross-sectional sizes, square cords range from 8×8 mm to 25×25 mm. ■ This product complies with the RoHS directive.
