Level Plus is a high-precision, highly reliable liquid level displacement sensor utilizing magnetostrictive technology. It is widely chosen as a liquid level transmitter in essence-safe explosion-proof and pressure-resistant explosion-proof specifications certified by ATEX, CSA, FM, IECEX, NEPSI, KC Approval, and others, serving as an alternative to radar level gauges, servo gauges, dielectric, conductivity, capacitance, and ultrasonic level sensors. It uses two floats with different specific gravities in a single level gauge, allowing for the measurement of liquid levels and interfaces, as well as temperature measurement, automatic calculation of tank capacity via microcontroller, error diagnosis, and many other functions. Additionally, Temposonnics has developed level sensors suitable for tanks in the beverage, food, and pharmaceutical industries, drawing on years of extensive experience and knowledge in sanitary applications. The all-stainless steel level gauges and floats are certified to US 3A standards and can be finished with sanitary polishing (200 Grit/Ra 25) and electropolishing (240 Grit/Ra 15).
