NEC, CEC, ATEX, IECEx certified explosion-proof level gauge for plants.
Level Plus is an accurate and robust liquid level gauge with high flexibility. With a single sensor, it can measure liquid levels, interface levels, and temperature, and once installed and calibrated, there is no need for regular maintenance or recalibration. It features intrinsically safe explosion-proof specifications certified by NEC, CEC, ATEX, and IECEx, and is widely chosen as a liquid level transmitter in place of radar level gauges, servo gauges, dielectric, conductivity, capacitance, and ultrasonic level sensors. Its applications are diverse, and Temposonics offers sensors tailored to meet customer needs.

basic information
**Features** Using magnetostrictive (Wai) technology, the position detected by the magnetic field can be measured with an accuracy of less than 1mm. Additionally, due to the principle of magnetic detection, the sensor can be installed on the outside of the tank without being submerged in the liquid level. **Features** - 3-in-1 measurement: liquid level, interface, temperature - No regular maintenance or recalibration required - Built-in display - Intrinsically safe explosion-proof structure (I.S.) - API temperature correction value **Specifications** - Output signal: Modbus, DDA, analog 4-20mA HART - Order length: up to 22m - Measurement accuracy: ±1mm (0.039 inches) - Repeatability: 0.001% F.S. or 0.381mm - Temperature range: Electronics -40℃ to 71℃, sensor element -40℃ to 125℃, temperature element -40℃ to 105℃

Company information
Temposonics introduced a non-contact, high-precision, and cost-effective non-contact absolute sensor method to the market in the early 1970s, using the magnetostrictive effect (Weidmann effect) for position measurement, which had previously been dominated by incremental methods. As a leading company in magnetostrictive sensors, we are committed to improving accuracy as position sensors, engaging in research and development, and enhancing quality to meet the needs of the industrial sector. Our sensors are increasingly being adopted not only as linear sensors to replace rotary encoders, linear encoders, and potentiometers but also in various industries such as hydraulics, pneumatics, water pressure, injection molding, welding, printing, textiles, construction machinery, wind power generation, metal processing, as well as in disaster prevention sensors like landslide sensors and bridge sensors. Temposonics will continue to develop further and strive day and night to be of service as a leading company in industrial sensors.
