The MML (Multi-Module Linear Motor) 040 series is the highest thrust linear motor in the MML series. It is a linear motor capable of meeting the demands of fields requiring precise positioning, high speed, high acceleration, and high thrust, such as large manufacturing equipment. Typically, linear motors come with a core, but the significant ripple caused by cogging and the strong magnetic attraction hinder the expected improvements in accuracy, maintenance-free operation, and reliability. In contrast, coreless linear motors are cogging-free and excel in long lifespan. Additionally, compared to shafted coreless linear motors, they offer high torque and greater freedom in stroke length.
