The MML (Multi-Module Linear Motor) 040 series is the highest thrust linear motor in the MML series. It is a linear motor capable of meeting the needs of fields requiring precise positioning, high speed, high acceleration, and high thrust, such as large manufacturing equipment. Typically, linear motors have cores, but the large ripple caused by cogging and the strong magnetic attraction hinder the expected improvements in precision, maintenance-free operation, and reliability. In contrast, coreless linear motors are cogging-free and excel in long lifespan. Additionally, compared to shafted coreless linear motors, they offer high torque and greater freedom in stroke length.
