First, rubber materials and curing agents are thoroughly mixed multiple times using a roller mill. If pigments are to be added, the required amount is added at this stage to adjust the color. The materials mixed on the roller mill are then shaped to the thickness suitable for each product. The sheet-like material is cut according to the size and structure of the mold. The mold is set in a press machine, and the previously cut rubber material is loaded into it. Heat and pressure are applied to the mold (pressing). This process shapes the clay-like rubber material. The products taken out of the mold have excess material that forms thin flash. After that, each piece is carefully finished by removing the flash, making it nearly complete. In the case of silicone rubber, a "secondary curing" process is performed in this oven, where additional heat is applied. This process reduces the low molecular siloxanes contained in the silicone rubber, resulting in high-quality silicone rubber products. The finished products are checked for compliance with the specified dimensions using measuring instruments. Finally, a complete inspection is conducted, and only the good products are delivered to the customer.
