■Features ● Excellent economic efficiency. ● When heated, PTFE shrinks and adheres to the substrate, while the melted FEP integrates into the solid or semi-solid outer tube, demonstrating exceptional durability against harsh loads such as tension and vibration. ● Possesses outstanding electrical, chemical, and mechanical properties unique to PTFE, and can withstand high temperatures of up to 232°C. ● Custom colors are available through made-to-order production. Please inquire for details. ● The heat shrink tube achieves advanced moisture and waterproofing in the outer tube. ● The PTFE outer tube is heated and shrunk to fit tightly. ● The inner layer of FEP melts and flows into the upper layer. ● Composed of a heat-shrinkable PTFE outer layer and an FEP inner layer. ● Adheres perfectly to wires, cables, connectors, splices, terminals, etc., and excels in ease of handling, airtightness, and moisture resistance. ■Specifications ● Material: PTFE/FEP ● Color: Milky white ● Standard length: 1.2m ● Continuous use temperature: 232°C ● Shrink temperature: 340°C ● Length change rate: ±20% or less
