We have condensed the know-how accumulated from vertical centrifuges and developed a horizontal centrifuge that meets the manufacturing processes for pharmaceuticals, food, and fine chemicals. ◎ The cake scraping method allows for the processing of a variety of products. ■ By improving the uniformity of cake thickness, vibrations caused by imbalance are eliminated, and the efficiency of cake washing is enhanced, enabling a reduction in cycle time due to high centrifugal effects. ■ A large inspection window allows for sampling after the separation process without opening the casing, preventing contamination. ■ The entire process from liquid feeding to crystal discharge is conducted in a sealed state, and crystals are transported to the next process via air transport, allowing for flexible installation locations. ■ The drive unit side is completely sealed, making it possible to install the main machine within a clean room. ■ With domestic design, we can tailor the design to meet specific needs.
