"I want a centrifuge that minimizes costs as much as possible" - Cost reduction through common use of pipes.
■We want a centrifuge that minimizes costs within a limited budget. We received a request to introduce a centrifuge that meets the necessary specifications while keeping costs as low as possible. Therefore, instead of the usual two pipes for liquid supply and cleaning, we proposed a design that uses a single common pipe for both functions, allowing for switching as needed. By reducing the necessary pipes from two to one, we were able to lower costs, and by using acid cleaning for the exterior of the machine instead of buffing, we achieved further cost reductions compared to buffed finishes. 【POINT】 ■Common use of liquid supply and cleaning pipes Cost reduction ■Exterior acid cleaning Cost reduction *For more details, please refer to the catalog or feel free to contact us.
