**Features** - Good surface roughness: Ra 0.03μm after sintering - High strength: Three-point bending strength of 660MPa - High purity: High reliability due to 99.9% purity - Dense: Material with few internal pores and high density - Low dielectric loss in high-frequency range: tanδ: 10-4 at 10GHz - Ultra-thin substrates with a thickness of 0.15mm can also be produced - We also offer alumina substrates with purities of 99.5% and 96%.
