[Pest Control] "TerraTech Method" Filling the voids under the floor without stopping operations.
TerraTech method
Persistent pests in food factories and kitchens that keep reappearing even after extermination. The cause may be the hollow space under the dirt floor. The "TerraTech Method" will solve this!
The occurrence of pests is partly caused by "voids under the concrete floor." Voids under the floor, which can occur due to ground subsidence, have high humidity and little temperature variation throughout the year, making them ideal habitats and breeding grounds for pests. In the "Teratec Method," the voids below are examined with an endoscope to measure the volume of the voids. A small injection hole, smaller than a one-yen coin, is made in the floor surface with voids, and a special polyurethane resin called "Teratec Resin" is injected. The injected Teratec Resin expands within seconds, filling the voids. By filling the voids completely, it traps adult pests and eggs, eliminating their habitat and shutting off their entry routes. 【Features】 - Eliminates habitats and blocks entry routes - No use of insecticides, and no debris or dust generated - Does not interrupt operations in factories, warehouses, or stores (the construction period is just one day for an area of 200 square meters) - Accommodates construction on weekends or at night - Improves hygiene and operational efficiency by filling voids under the floor - Does not put a burden on the ground *For more details, please download the catalog or feel free to contact us. basic information
【Consideration for the Environment】 ■ Teratec resin does not emit fluorocarbons. ■ Below the quantitative limit for all items specified in the Soil Contamination Countermeasures Act (proven by environmental pollutant testing) - Testing organization: Japan Chemical Substance Evaluation and Research Institute (Nagoya Office) - Resin used: Teratec resin 0509 *for standard subsidence correction - Certificate issuance date: December 15, 2016 【Customer Feedback】 ■ Reasons for choosing the Teratec method "I chose this method because it considers the environment without using pesticides, both in materials and construction." "Rather than just eliminating pests that occur under the floor, it aims for long-term effectiveness by removing the cavities under the floor, which are the source of pest occurrence, and shutting off the entry points." Company information
The main business activities of Mainmark involve "returning tilted floors and buildings to a level state" and "preventing existing floors and buildings from tilting." We primarily offer the "TerraTech Method," which allows us to level tilted floors without stopping operations, and we provide various construction proposals tailored to our customers' concerns, from investigation to execution. ■ Nationwide responsible construction with over 5,000 completed projects Mainmark has established offices in eight locations across the country and conducts responsible construction nationwide. We serve a wide range of clients, including factories, stores, warehouses, offices, and apartments. ■ Non-disruptive floor tilt and subsidence correction method "TerraTech Method" Our main service, the "TerraTech Method," is a patented technique that injects TerraTech resin (rigid polyurethane foam resin) into concrete floors that have developed tilts, subsidence, steps, or voids due to ground subsidence or earthquakes. The expansion force of the resin levels the sunken floor and fills the voids beneath it. This technology is also registered with the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism's "NETIS," ensuring its reliability. Patent No. 4896949 "Method for Correcting Sunken Floors" NETIS Registration No. "QS-080007"
