This time, among the six types available, we recommend the blast type (NV-S), which has the highest smoothness (film thickness: 10μm, surface roughness: 2.0±1.0μm). We provided sample pieces along with other types and comparison fluoropolymer coatings to verify compatibility with adhesive sheets. Key Points: The principle behind the non-adhesive effect of the non-stick coating utilizes point contact. For an object to stick, a certain surface area is required. In this regard, the non-stick coating creates unevenness on the surface through shot blasting, reducing the contact area and preventing the energy necessary for adhesion. Furthermore, by applying a special non-stick resin, it achieves high release properties at the contact points. These two actions enable a level of non-adhesiveness sufficient to allow adhesive tape to slide across the surface. It is particularly effective against viscous gel-like substances.
