A powder work booth with a combination of a clean booth and a dust collector.
We would like to create a clean booth to prevent foreign matter contamination during the mixing, weighing, and inspection processes of a certain powder. However, due to its light specific gravity, even a slight breeze can cause it to become airborne and affect human health. We are seeking advice on effective methods for cleaning and exhaust management. Issues: 1. There is a risk of foreign matter contamination in each process involving the powder. 2. Due to its light specific gravity, if it becomes airborne from the wind and enters the human body, it poses a problem. 3. The exhaust cannot be discharged as is, so some form of treatment must be implemented.

basic information
It was proposed to enclose each process in a clean booth and exhaust it using a dust collector equipped with a bag filter. A tunnel-type punching will be installed directly under the FFU to control the airflow in the airtight booth, ensuring that the air does not blow directly onto the process. The FFU will be variable airflow type, and a volume damper will be installed at the exhaust port to provide a mechanism for adjusting the airflow balance. The exhaust air velocity will be maintained at a level that ensures a powder velocity of 0.7 m/s or higher. Points: 1. The FFU will be equipped with a DC motor (variable airflow type) and will diffuse the air using punching to prevent direct airflow. 2. The system will utilize a dust collector with a bag filter to handle exhaust dust. A room pressure gauge will be installed to monitor the balance with the supply air. 3. To ensure a powder velocity of 0.7 m/s or higher and maintain a slight negative pressure, airflow adjustment mechanisms will be provided for both supply and exhaust air.
